For increasing the delivery rate of flats to the home buyers the district administration is thinking of permitting registry of property regardless of whether the Authority has not given a ‘no-objection certificate’ (NOC) to the project through a agreement to sub-lease’ between the developer and purchaser, authorities said .

This idea was talked about in a meeting between authorities of the locale administration and the Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP-Rera) on Saturday. The authorities likewise evaluated changes in laws that currently make it compulsory for development authorities to issue completion certificates to developers within eight days of applying for it.
